Terms and Conditions for Delivery
Delivery Methods:
Local Orders:
Customers may choose one of the following delivery methods:
Self-pickup (Fo Tan Store):
Fo Tan store business hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Half-day off on Wednesdays after 1:00 PM)
SF Express Freight Collect service.
International Shipping:
International orders will be shipped via Hongkong Post.
Shipping Time:
Orders will be shipped within 3-7 working days after payment is received, unless the order includes:
Pre-order items.
Incomplete or unclear address.
Items that are awaiting restock.
Orders and Payment:
Order Payment:
All orders must be fully paid. Unpaid orders will be canceled after a certain time, and the selected products will be made available for others to purchase.
If your order is canceled before payment, you will need to place a new order and complete the payment process.
Pre-order and In-stock Items Shipping Arrangement:
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship them separately based on their respective shipping schedules. Customers may need to bear additional shipping costs for multiple shipments.
SF Express Freight Collect:
If a customer refuses to accept the delivery and requests a redelivery, the customer must first pay the return fee charged by SF Express. The fee includes:
The original shipping cost of the order.
A $10 return fee (charged by SF Express and non-waivable).

Self-pickup:
Once your payment is confirmed, a notification will be sent to provide the pickup details. Please pick up your items at the store within 14 days after receiving the notification. Orders not picked up within this period will be canceled without further notice.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery times are based on the information provided by SF Express or the relevant courier company.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions as well as the website content without prior notice. In case of any disputes, our company reserves the final decision.
Order Tracking:
You can log in to our website and check your order details under "My Account > My Orders", where you can view payment and shipping statuses.

Assistance for International Orders:
If the package is not received within 30 days after being shipped, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking the package with the courier company.
If the package is confirmed as lost, we will help you submit a compensation claim to the courier company. The compensation amount will depend on the courier company's policies.
International Taxes and Duties:
Package Value and Type:
Please specify the total value and type of the package when placing your order. We will declare the value based on your request to help reduce unnecessary taxes or duties.
Shipping Insurance:
The insurance value will be based on the declared value selected by the customer, which will also affect the compensation amount in case of damage during transit.
Please note that the company is not responsible for any losses if no insurance is selected.
Taxes and Duties:
The company is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred in the buyer’s country.
You may need to pay applicable taxes or duties in your destination country before receiving the package. Please contact your local postal service or relevant authority for more information.
