Refund & Exchange
• All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
Exceptions:
• If the received product does not match the order details.
• If the product has any defects or issues, please contact us within 5 working days from the date of receipt. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, registered name, and phone number for follow-up assistance.
Pre-order & Stock Shortage Handling
• All pre-order items are on a reservation basis. Once payment is made, no amendments, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
• The final quantity supplied is determined by the manufacturer/supplier and may not fully meet all orders. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid.
• The final release date of pre-order items is determined by the manufacturer/supplier. Actual delivery time may also be affected by local/international logistics. We appreciate your understanding, as these factors are beyond our control.
